Shipping Policy
Orders of $1000 or above qualify for Free Delivery, for orders below $1000 a flat rate shipping fee of $25 will be applied.
Order processing and shipping will be done same day if an order is placed before 12 PM CST. Order placed after 12 PM CST will be processed and shipped the next business day. You should receive your package within 2 to 3 business weekdays.
Please note that any order placed after 12 PM CST Friday, will be shipped of the following Monday.
Delivery schedules are subject to change due to inclement weather condition or national holidays.
We will provide package tracking and delivery confirmation on all orders in the United States which are sent via courier services. In the unlikely event, a package is lost, we will do our best to help a customer retrieve it or replace it with a new order.
Refunds
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to subjectivity in taste, not working product or personal preferences, we are unable to return, exchange or refund any products.
Please notify a sales representative from our company within 72 hrs of receiving the delivery if any product is physically damaged, and we will credit you the balance.
We accept returns for defective goods within 7 days of purchase, with the exception of e-liquids, pods, closed system cartridges. The Products must also be deemed DOA (Dead Upon Arrival) for us to issue a return/exchange, and we cannot accept returns/exchanges on used hardware. All returns will be replaced with a new item. If we do not have that style in stock, we will issue you a credit to your account. Please note that if we receive your return and upon inspection deem it not damaged or deem the item has been tampered with, we will return it to you. The buyer is responsible for return shipping.
